I had a great experience staying at Kwabahal Boutique in the heart of Thamel. the property has a beautiful open-air area away from the noisy streets, providing a peaceful environment to relax. the manager, Gopi, along with the kind staff, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms were comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast in the lovely restaurant was a highlight of my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Nothing, all great! 👍

The terrace at Kwabahal Boutique Hostel is a missed opportunity for relaxation. The only common area is the restaurant, which is not ideal for meeting new people. The bathrooms are newly renovated but inconveniently located only on the ground and fifth floors. There's no shelf or bench in the bathroom to put your belongings while washing up. The pancakes for breakfast are tasteless, so it's best to avoid them. the hostel is sufficient but not worth the price. There are better options in Thamel.

I had a fantastic stay right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood with everything close by. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always up for a little chat. They were great at organizing treks and giving recommendations. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and I appreciated that the rooms were designed for four people, ensuring it never felt overcrowded. The hotel had its own restaurant with a wide selection of delicious food, making it convenient for meals. Additionally, they offered laundry service, which was a bonus.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Center location, loved the terrace with garden views, and the airport is conveniently close. So fun to explore the city on a bike.
Oh, my veggie soul weeps; they didn't have a kitchen for me to whip up an exquisite onion-garlic-free meal.

Stayed in a "hostel", but felt like a luxury hotel in the center of chaos. Loved the peaceful garden, friendly staff, and comfy room. Absolutely no surprises, everything was just perfect.
Couldn't find a single thing to complain about. oh wait, maybe the Wi-Fi, but who needs that anyway?
